TREATMENT

By booking an appointment online, by phone, message or in any other form, you agree to the following conditions:

 

x To secure the date, a deposit of 50% of the price of the treatment is required.

x If you need to cancel or change your appointment, let us know at least 48 hours in advance. If you inform us less than 48 hours before the booked date, the deposit will be lost.

x If you do not arrive for the reserved time, the deposit will be lost. This also applies to clients who arrive late.

x In the event of a delay of 10 minutes or more, we reserve the right to refuse to treatment, in order to ensure smooth operation and to avoid possible delays for other clients.

x If you arrive late for the booked appointment, the time will be deducted from your appointment, for the same reason as in the previous point.

 

COURSES

By booking the course online, by phone, message or in any other form, you agree to the following conditions:

 

x To secure the date, a deposit of 50% of the price of the treatment is required. The deposit is NOT refundable.

x The course must be paid in full no later than one week before it takes place.

x For courses where we also learn on models, you must provide the model yourself.
